Sea moss is a Caribbean seaweed naturally rich in vitamins and minerals absorbed from volcanic ash in the ocean, making it a whole-food source with no fillers or additives and easy for the body to absorb.
You can take 2 tablespoons daily straight off the spoon or mix it into smoothies or yoghurt. Our standard serving size is 40g.
It lasts up to 3-4 weeks refrigerated, and can be frozen in ice cube trays for longer storage (up to 6 months).
